TruPay has a new program offering entitled TruPay Leadership Coaching, or TLC. Our goal in forming TLC was to provide:
- Value-added services that our clients have been asking for that will help them meet their own identified goals & objectives.
- Help our clients become more effective in their day-to-day work activities…resulting in added profitability for their companies and added opportunity for them as individuals.
- Help managers become better leaders, developing their staff with a focus on the bigger goals of the organization.
Almost every executive and business leader in the nation is faced with a common dilemma: How to increase productivity in order to get improved results. A tremendous amount of money is expended each year in various training methods and indoctrination courses. Increasingly, however, we are beginning to realize that "training" is only part of the answer. Knowing "how" to be effective and "being effective" are sometimes two very different things.
Coaching is a process through which leaders are helped to improve their performance and personal effectiveness. It also will help identify what skill sets the leader needs to develop for the next stage in his or her career and what resources or actions are needed in order to achieve this.
TruPay Leadership Coaching is designed for all member of your team from the chief executive to the management to the supervision, etc. TLC utilizes an inside-out approach that provides the foundation for each individual’s success personally and professionally. This individual success fosters the team and/or the organization’s success.
