General Customer Support -will assist current customers with questions about how to do certain payroll functions, how to correct a problem, how to get a specific transaction accomplished (such as a YTD adjustment), or for general questions about the client relationship.
Technical Support - if you have a problem with running Millennium on your PC, or have problems with your printer or ISP web connection, our technical support department can assist you with these types of issues.
Tax Filing Support - for questions and problem resolution regarding debiting for taxes, questions about a notice, or need to inform us that you have registered in a new state, then contact our tax department.
