Making The Change To TruPay:
The Client's Perspective

The following is required from the client in order to make the change to TruPay:

  • Provide us with employee demographic information via the final report from the current payroll services provider (i.e. ADP, PayChex, ECI, etc.)

  • If a mid-year start, provide us with all year-to-date information

  • Provide us with company level information such as required voluntary deductions, earnings categories, and other parameters

  • Provide us with all tax filing account numbers, and detail

  • Sign power of attorney agreement authorizing tax filing services

  • Provide a signature example for check signing

  • If employees are using direct deposit; have their account information ready so that all accounts can be pre-noted

  • Other information as required

Conversions are very labor intensive, but we work hard to insure that our clients don't have to commit their own resources to assisting with that. Your first payroll with TruPay will be balanced, verified and ready for input and production from the very first payroll.
