Password Management
Another unique communications feature of ESS is the innovative verification technology. This technology eliminates the frustrations of password management for both HR administrators and employees. If an employee forgets his or her password or user ID or makes a series of unsuccessful attempts to login, TruPay’s ESS will notify the employee to reset password. An email is automatically sent to the employee providing them with the necessary logon information.
