I.T. 2100
The Intelligent Terminal 2100 incorporates the latest technology for collecting attendance data easily, accurately and quickly. Featuring a large 2.5” x 5”, liquid crystal backlit display screen, the I.T. 2100 is a low maintenance time recorder that accommodates large transaction volumes, such as during the beginning and ending of shifts.
The I.T. 2100 features 10 programmable soft function keys to accommodate your specific needs. Customized icons can be installed representing function keys on the terminal screen. It supports a variety of reader technologies such as Magnetic Stripe, Bar Code, External Bar Code Wand, Proximity and Biometric Fingerprint, allowing companies to choose the option that is appropriate to their needs.
The I.T. 2100 offers 20 standard functions for up to 1000 employees, such as:

I.T. 900
The Intelligent Terminal 900 is compact, easy to install and easy to service time and attendance collection device. Employees punch in and out easily by entering a PIN, swiping a barcode or magnetic strip badge, or by simply passing a proximity badge. When used with our finger reader option, you can prevent time card fraud. Punches are stored in the I.T. 900 for retrieval by InfoTronics Attendance Enterprise™, our time and attendance information management system.
The RS485 communications allow for connection of multiple I.T.900s to a single PC. With an optional network interface, you can connect the I.T. 900 directly into your network.
I.T. 1600
With an easy-to-read 40 character LCD display, the I.T. 1600 confirms not only date and time, but also the punch, with employee name and badge number. It also displays employee schedules and messages to employees. You can also program the terminal to summarize the hours each employee has worked over a pay period. Seamless integration with Attendance Enterprise™ gives your I.T. 1600 powerful reporting and processing capabilities.
I.T. 1600 also uses RS485 communications to allow connection of multiple I.T. 1600s to a single PC. If you need to connect the I.T. 1600 into an existing network, the Network Add-On™ and Network Cluster Connector™ is available to enable easy set-up.
Biometrics
HandPunch™
The InfoTronics HandPunch™ eliminates time card fraud ("buddy punching") by bringing all the flexibility of a full-function time and attendance terminal with the sophistication of the most accurate identification technology available. Using field-proven hand geometry biometric technology, the HandPunch uses the size and shape of each employee's hand to verify their identity each time they punch.

Finger Readers
Using a finger reader saves time and money used to replace lost cards. The finger reader option on our Intelligent Terminal 900 and 2100 positively identifies each employee using a unique digital finger template for each employee. When punching in or out, the terminal compares the reading from the employee's finger with the digital template that is stored in Attendance Enterprise™ for that employee to verify a match.
