CUSTOMER TRAINING

TruPay provides multiple training opportunities for our clients depending upon the services selected. There are product demonstrations, class room training, and one on one training. TruPay will always be there when you receive your first payroll to review reports and continued training throughout the year as you come to year-end adjustments or special reporting needs, etc.

Payroll training is how to complete our input forms and how to best utilize the output reports for your business requirements. We like to take the client’s first payroll over the telephone when at all possible to be able to provide you with a sample set of input forms to refer to whenever necessary. The complete payroll and reports will be reviewed with your Payroll Operator in as much detail as necessary. Remember that whenever something new happens in your payroll and you have questions. Trupay’s Customer Service and Payroll Specialists are just a call away.

Keying your own payroll offers convenience for you and easy access to reports. Trupay offers a classroom training atmosphere along with assigning a trainer to be available, by phone, during your first input. Our goal for your input is to make you as independent as possible. So whether that entails being on the phone step by step, or just available if you get stuck, we’re there for you.
