Giveback Effect – Payroll, Paid Forward

That’s why we have developed a program that combines world-class payroll and HR solutions with a fundraising component that allows organizations to make a difference for charities at a level greater than the sum of individual contributions. The Giveback Effect is a program designed to bring communities together by blending the non-profit and for-profit worlds.  We believe that by engaging stakeholders and leveraging their employees, the positive impact for charities can be significant.

Here’s how it works:

  • Employees are presented with an opportunity for altruism in the form of a payroll giving campaign to benefit a chosen charity or non-profit.
  • Employers agree to match employee giving by percentage, dollar-for-dollar, and/or up to a limit.
  • Employee donations to the non-profit are processed and deducted automatically from payroll, employers match these employee gifts and TruPay donates 10% of their payroll service fees
